At Core Spare, we strive to provide high-quality bike spare parts. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for such situations.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within from the date of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1.2 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at [[email protected]] or [8860009364] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

2.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within  after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

2.3 Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Support immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon inspection, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Support within of receiving the product. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged item for our assessment.
